Description of Class:
Afro Cuban Rumba is a Cuban dance that is widely incorporated into Salsa
shines. This class teaches Salsa shines with an Afro Cuban flavor in
them.

Syllabus:
The class starts off with a series of warm ups designed to tone and
stretch different sections of the body. Its purpose is to tone muscles
and encourage flexibility in the body for the smooth and fluid execution
of the Afro Cuban Rumba movements.

After the warm ups, a series of shines will be taught.
