Description of Class:
The class focuses on ladies shines, emphasizing sexy body isolations to
use on the dance floor.

Syllabus:
The class starts off with a series of warm ups designed to tone and
stretch different sections of the body. Its purpose is to build
flexibility and strength for beautiful isolations and posture while
dancing and executing shines.

After the warm ups, a series of shines will be taught. (Different sets
of shines will be broken down in every workshop)
